Connected testing time has a 60-second minimum per call, then is billed per second; calls are capped at five minutes. Scenarios, evaluation, and reports are included, subject to preparation limits. Plan minutes expire at the end of each billing period, with no rollover or automatic overages.

How far do 75 trial minutes go?
Each connected call uses at least one minute and at most five. Before a run starts, QuallyAI reserves the five-minute maximum for each call and returns whatever isn’t used, so 75 minutes always covers a 15-call run.
Do calls that don’t connect use minutes?
No. No-answer, busy, and technical failures use no testing time. A completed call is charged even when your agent fails the test, because that is a valid result.
What happens to unused minutes?
Plan minutes expire at the end of each billing period and don’t roll over. Top-up minutes last 365 days. Trial minutes are used first, then plan minutes, then top-ups.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from Billing in the app. Cancel before your trial ends and you won’t be charged. After that, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and your plan minutes stay usable until then.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Contact us and we’ll switch your plan at your next renewal. Need more time before then? Add a top-up.
Are there overages?
No. There are no automatic overages or recharges. If you run out, add a top-up or wait for your next billing period.
